My password isn't working. Or rather, my password's working, but I got a red box at the bottom of my screen with the message, "Uh, oh, something went wrong". What do I do?

Skilltype Login Error Message For "something went wrong", we suggest using a different browser to log in to our Skilltype services.

Meanwhile, having trouble logging in? We’re here to help. From the Skilltype Login page, select the “Having Password Trouble?” button and type in the email address you used to register for Skilltype. Please note that you’ll be receiving an email from no-reply@skilltype.com, so you may want to check your Spam folder or unblock that email address. 

This is a temporary workflow. Eventually you will be able to update your password on your own from the settings interface.
